Students who are keen in broadcasting and journalism will be able to try out the Journalism Taster Programme which involves playing the role of a newscaster, host or even a radio DJ. There will also be opportunities for students to dabble with creative multimedia and learn about Chinese culture through Chinese tea art and calligraphy.

For the avid writers, writing workshops will be conducted on 18 March by English lecturer Cheah Wui Jia. This workshop will train participants to play with words and imagery, and is suitable for secondary school students, SPM graduates, college students and working adults.

Those who attend counselling sessions with lecturers will receive free tickets (on a first-come first-served basis) to the Spring Cosplay Festival, which will take place on 18 and 19 March.
