Student ID & HCUC Student Email Activation Process

To access important documents and resources related to your studies, please follow and complete the following steps:

Step 1 – Accept the Offer Letter of Admission
        ● Click HERE to access the guidelines for accepting your Offer Letter of Admission.

IMPORTANT: After accepting the offer, please allow three (3) working days for your student number (also known as Student ID) to be generated before proceeding to Step 2 and Step 3.

Step 2 – Log in to the Student Portal & Check Your Student ID
        ● Click HERE to access the guidelines for logging in to the Student Portal and checking your Student ID.
          ** Make sure to record or remember your Student ID for future use.

Step 3 – Activate Your HCUC Student Email
        ● Click HERE to access the guidelines for activating your HCUC Student Email.
          ** Once activated, please record or remember your student email address and password for future logins.

Step 4 – Download the Student Handbook & Academic Calendar
        ● Click HERE to download the HCUC Student Handbook. (Please take some time to read and understand its contents.)

Step 5 – Upload Your Passport-Sized Photo for Student Card
       ● Click HERE to access the guidelines for uploading your passport-sized photo and the requirements for your student card.
       ● You will receive an email notification once the student card is ready for collection.
       ● Please ensure that you wear your student card at all times while on campus.
