Package Rebate
1 Year Foundation + 3 Years Degree Programme - 100% rebate on Foundation Programme
2 Years Diploma + 2 Years Degree Programme - 50% rebate on Diploma Programme
The closing date of application for new students would be 30 days after the commencement date of Year 1 Semester 1.
PTPTN & EPF
Alternatively, Malaysian students can also apply for financial and national bodies such as the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional, PTPTN) and the Employee's Provident Fund (EPF).
I-BITA
I-BITA is a one-off RM1,000 scholarship programme initiated by the Penang State Government for students who have been accepted in its list of education institutions for any Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Programme, including HCUC.
Students may apply online in the official website here from 1 June to 30 June or 1 September to 30 September every year. Terms and conditions are stated here.
